Facilitation and moderation of the panel on human trafficking organized by the All Party Parliamentary Group to End Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking in Ottawa. Defend Dignity and the Centre for Faith and Public Life are also among the organizers. The panelists include Marie- Michelle Desmeules, a survivor of prostitution; Geneviève Albert, filmmaker (latest film: Noémie dit oui); Ghyslain Vallière, a specialized police officer in sexual exploitation; Christine St-Pierre, former Member of Parliament for Acadie and Minister of International Relations and Francophonie (2014-2018), as well as Minister of Culture, Communications, and the Status of Women (2007-2012).
